Returns & Exchanges 
We hope you love all your puchases from French Door OBX Boutique, but if you change your mind then we gladly accept both in store and online returns for store credit only!

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags attached). Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. 

Returns of the following items will not be accepted:

  • Intimates 
  • Hair Accessories
  • Shoes
  • Sale Items 

*Please note we only offer store credit or exchanges*

If an item is to be exchanged, please contact us by email before it is sent at thefrenchdoorobx@gmail.com then mail the package with the original packing slip. If you want to exchange an item indicate the size and color of the substitute in your email so we can hold the item for your return. Please package your items carefully we cannot accept returned items that are damaged.
